The Manifold Flat Mount Valves supplied by Qingdao Star Machine is specially designed for dust collectors, and its warranty period is set at one year.

The MM series submerged pulse jet valve can be directly installed on the air manifold, which can provide a strong air pulse for the filter bag and effectively remove particles.

This batch of valves is divided into two different categories:

The CA series is an integrated pilot pulse jet valve.

The RCA series is a pilot pulse jet valve used for remote operation

Both of these two series adopt right-angle thread and immersion design methods, and their connection size range expands from 15 millimeters to 76 millimeters (1/2 inch to 3 inches). A special type of turbocharging device is used in these systems. The working pressure range of these devices is between 0.3 and 8.6 bar. They can directly extract compressed air from the manifold, thereby enhancing aerodynamic characteristics and generating stronger air pulses.
